So you understand exactly what we mean when we say remanufactured. Remanufaactured units and folders are completely stripped to the side frames, primed and repainted. Bores are checked for proper dimension and rebored if necessary. All plate, blanket cylinders and all ink and water rollers are removed and checked. Stripped bodies, journals, and keyways(if applicable) are brought back to specifications. Plate and blanket cylinders automatically receive new bearers, which are heat treated and precision ground between centers to a tolerance of .001 T.I.R.. All gearing is new. Units and folders are reassembled using all new bearing, bushings, seals, and "O" rings. Unit and folder electrical is likewise new. Ink and water motors are rebuilt or replaced with new. Prior to delivery, units are test run under power mechanically and electrically under various load conditions with all operational functions verified.
